All our candles are hand-poured one by one in our atelier with 100% plant-based (soy-based) wax and natural fragrances. Our production is people- and environment-friendly, free of paraffin, chemical fragrance additives and petroleum derivatives. The wicks are cotton-based and contain no lead or zinc.

Burn time varies by candle size and format:

• Small tin (mini) candles: 12–15 hours
• Standard tin, glass and jar candles: 35–40 hours
• Concrete candles: 30–35 hours
• Black tin candles: 20–25 hours

On the first burn, letting the whole surface melt (about 2–3 hours) is important for a long life.

Of course. Once the candle is finished, our concrete, glass and jar vessels can be used as a flower pot, jewellery dish, pen holder or mini planter. Clean any leftover wax with hot water and dish soap and wash easily. Sustainable use is one of NOU-ERE's core values.

Our 120 ml reed diffuser lasts about 1 month and the 150 ml version 1–2 months. To extend its life, we recommend flipping the reeds top to bottom about every two weeks.

1. Carefully remove the bottle cap.
2. Place the rattan reeds that come in the box into the bottle.
3. After the first placement, the reeds begin to absorb the scent within a few minutes.
4. Flip the reeds top to bottom from time to time to revive the scent.

Our sprays are designed for use in the air. Please do not spray directly onto fabric, wood or painted surfaces, as this may cause staining. For the most effective use, 2–3 sprays into the centre of the room is enough.

Once your order is confirmed, it ships within 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 7–10 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance. During holidays or busy campaign periods, there may be an extra 1–2 days.

Yes. We offer free shipping on orders over $95 / €90 / £80. Below this amount, a flat shipping rate applies, calculated at checkout by destination.

Yes — we ship our candles worldwide. Please note that room sprays and reed diffusers contain alcohol and cannot be sent by air, so they are available within Turkey only. For corporate bulk export solutions, reach us via our Corporate Partnerships page.

Under the Distance Sales Agreement, you have the right to return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the product is unopened and in its original packaging. For the detailed process, see our Return Policy page.

Because we use 100% plant-based wax and natural fragrances, the formulation is cat- and dog-friendly. Even so, an open flame should always be supervised by an adult indoors; we recommend burning the candle in a safe place out of your pets' reach.

Black smoke is caused by the wick being left too long or the candle being exposed to a draught. These few small touches solve the problem:

1. Trim the wick. Before each burn, cut the wick to about 5–6 mm with scissors or a wick trimmer. A long wick causes a high flame and carbon build-up.
2. Keep it away from draughts. Avoid burning near open windows, air conditioning, fans or frequent doorways; when the flame flickers, soot forms.
3. Let the surface melt fully on the first burn. Burn for at least 2–3 hours so the surface melts edge to edge. Otherwise the candle tunnels and starts to smoke on later burns.
4. Do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time. After this, put the candle out, trim the wick again and let it cool.
5. Do not blow it out. Blowing can splash hot wax and thicken the smoke. Dip the wick briefly into the wax and lift it out, or use a candle snuffer.
