We want you to love your NOU-ERE pieces. If something is not right, we are here to help.

Right to cancel (14 days)

You may cancel your order and return your items within 14 days of receiving them, for any reason. To be eligible, items must be unused, unburned and in their original packaging.

How to start a return

Email info@nou-ere.com with your order number. We will send return instructions. Please do not send items back before contacting us.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will confirm your refund. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, normally within 14 days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

Return shipping

For change-of-mind returns, the cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility. For faulty, damaged or incorrect items, we cover return shipping.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@nou-ere.com with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.

Non-returnable items

Gift cards and used or burned candles cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
