These terms apply to purchases made through nou-ere.com. By placing an order you agree to them.
Products
Our candles are hand-poured with 100% plant-based wax and natural fragrances. As each piece is made by hand, slight variations are natural and not defects.
Prices & currency
Prices are shown in the currency of your store view and are inclusive or exclusive of taxes as indicated at checkout. We may update prices at any time before an order is placed.
Orders
An order is accepted once we send order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order in case of pricing errors, stock issues or suspected fraud.
Shipping, duties & taxes
Delivery times are estimates. For international orders, any import duties and taxes are calculated and shown at checkout where applicable. Please note that room sprays and reed diffusers contain alcohol and, for air-transport safety reasons, are available within Turkey only.

Liability
Candles and home fragrances must be used as directed. Never leave a burning candle unattended. We are not liable for misuse. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
